Associate Project Manager

We are currently seeking a market research professional for a full-time, entry level position. This position will be responsible for providing support to Project Management team while developing skills necessary to independently bid, win and field client projects.

The qualified candidate will work directly with Fulfillment Team to perform logistical tasks, coordinate work of Call Center and Focus Group Suite employees, and ensure that requirements of project schedule and client deliverables are met. This person will be expected to have basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The position will report to the Senior Project Manager.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Working with Project Managers to fully understand project requirements.
• Obtain costs and resources as necessary to provide costs for completing fieldwork of specified projects.
• Managing overall projects in terms of supervising the field to ensure the clients’ needs and quality standards are being met; monitoring costs/budgets; and interacting directly with clients to provide updates, problem-solve on difficult to meet quotas and develop working relationship.
• Performing research functions such as, designing screeners conducting in-depth interviews, identifying sampling sources, and conducting secondary research.
• Performing administrative tasks such as prepare and mail letters, make copies, answer telephone, prepare spreadsheets and various paperwork related to internal facility function, and filing.
• Staying current on trends and developments in the area of market research.

Qualifications:

• A degree in social science, business, or marketing research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines.
