Part-Time Positions
Call Center Project Supervisor
Immediate openings to fill Day and Evening shifts as a Call Center
Project Supervisor in our Convenient Downtown location.
Responsible for providing instruction to and supervising crew of 4-8
interviewers in busy call center. A primary function of this position
is to know the status of every element of the project at all times.
Some previous managerial and/or supervisory experience preferred.
Candidates must:
- Work well with others.
- Be detail oriented.
- Be articulate - possess excellent verbal and
written communication skills.
- Have ability to multi-task & troubleshoot as
required.
- Have basic knowledge and some experience
working with Microsoft® Excel & Word.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate with one year of experience in
interviewing, recruiting or telemarketing.
- Previous experience using Microsoft® Word & Excel,
other applications a plus.
- Attributes preferred; Arithmetic and numerical
reasoning, verbal comprehension, oral communications, ability to
organize/direct/control/plan, ability to deal with and influence others,
ability to deal with ambiguous/conflicting priorities or information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with
tight deadlines.
Paid training for qualified individuals.
