Customer Service Coordinator
Job Summary
Campos Inc has an exciting opportunity for a bright, resourceful,
businesslike, and hospitality-oriented individual to join our team. As our
part-time (or on an as-needed basis, mostly evenings) Customer Service
Coordinator, the candidate will assist our clients and guests who visit our
Focus Group facilities insofar as meeting logistics, facility comfort,
food/beverage service, and business-related needs.
The Customer Service Coordinator will also assist with standard and special
requests for Focus Group business-related tasks, such as communications
services, facsimile and copying needs, special transit arrangements, and/or
dining/lodging reservations.
The candidate should have a solid, proven background in business customer
service and facility hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal are a must. We will provide necessary training and
assistance during the initial job period. Ability to professionally and
comfortably solve logistical and communications problems, on the spot, is an
essential skill requirement.
Candidate should be comfortable working alone, or with Customer Service
Assistants as well as with our staff of Project Managers. Reports to our
Assistant Project Director.
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the quality and
excellence of our clients' experience when visiting our facility. Other
skill requirements include greeting guests and performing all client/guest
registration and reception desk activities Must be able to manage and
maintain the reception desk, food and beverage kitchen, Focus Group Suites
(2) and Client business rooms according to standard operating procedures.
Must possess computer skills, fax/photocopying skills, and be literate in
computer software packages such as Word/Excel.
Above all, the successful candidates for this position needs to make an
excellent impression on clients and guests by always being friendly,
helpful, calm, self-confident, professional, and very well groomed.
Candidates for this opportunity should have at least a high school education
with some college, preferred. Weekday daytime as well as evening hours are
possible. Candidate's time flexibility is essential and mandatory.
Hourly rates paid @$14.00 and pre-scheduled each week in advance. A formal
