Part-Time Positions
Customer Service Assistant
Immediate openings to fill Customer Service Assistant Position
at our convenient downtown location.
Responsible for attending to client needs during qualitative research
events and to maintain Focus Group Suites in top condition.
- Prepare facility for focus group sessions prior
to client arrival.
- Be ready to cater to client needs.
- Receive clients and respondents as they arrive at
the facility and direct them to the appropriate areas; take coats; offer
refreshment, direct visitors to restrooms, and the like. Have
respondents sign in and show identification as required.
- Perform tasks related to internal facility
functions such as audio-visual services, food preparation, etc.
- Work closely with the facility supervisor to
provide clear, concise reports during and after each study; complete
required paperwork.
- Act as an onsite liaison with internal project
manager and clients.
Clean up and reset facility after each session has been completed and
after the end of the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school graduates, students, seniors or
individuals looking for a second job or part-time employment. Schedule
flexibility required.
- No experience required, experience in hosting
people and events is a plus.
- Attributes preferred: strong interpersonal
skills, effective problem-solving capabilities, professional
appearance, pleasant and calm personality, detail oriented.
Preferred skills: Computer literacy with previous experience using
Microsoft® Word & Excel other applications a plus.
