Amy Sandala
Qualitative Project Director

Amy works directly with
clients to determine the scope and desired outcomes of qualitative research
projects. She coordinates the activities of the project team to ensure
effective recruitment, time lines, and logistics. She designs discussion
outlines and interview guides, facilitates focus groups, and conducts
in-depth interviews. She also analyzes information and prepares
comprehensive reports of the qualitative research findings. She presents the
research findings to clients including actionable recommendations to respond
to the clients’ business objectives.
Amy brings more than 20 years of experience in managing projects and
building client relationships to Campos Inc. Her extensive experience as a
trainer and a facilitator in multiple industries enables her to effectively
communicate with both clients and research participants.
Her background includes training and facilitating small and large groups in
customer listening, market analysis, product development, and strategy
development.
A lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Marketing Education from the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of the
American Society for Training and Development.
