Bob McClain
Information Technology Project Support



Bob is responsible for implementing and managing the technical aspects of Campos Inc's market research. Bob programs computer-assisted-telephone interviewing (CATI) and online interviewing for various clients, and oversees the coding and tabulation of data for statistical analysis. Bob also keeps Campos Inc's network and computers operating efficiently and keeps the staff up-to-date with software, security, and training.

Bob plays an important role in managing Campos Inc's Voice of the Region panel, and ensuring the integrity of the database. Over the past few years, he has managed the development and maintenance of the database, and is responsible for formatting the Voice of the Region reports and posting them on the Campos Inc website.

Bob is a graduate of the Computer Systems Institute and has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
