Senior Project Director, Recruiting Services



With over 17 years of experience managing focus group and in-depth interview research projects, Kelli is responsible for directing Campos Inc's recruiting efforts and facility management. In addition to Campos Inc's full-service clients, Kelli manages projects for other research firms, ad agencies, and independent moderators. 

Kelli is responsible for providing cost estimates, managing respondent recruitment, identifying screener criteria, and overseeing facility scheduling and operations seamlessly, so that her clients can concentrate on the research being conducted. She also oversees the supervisor and recruitment teams including hiring, training, and quality control. Kelli recognizes that her job is not just of service provider, but also that of partner. She remains objective throughout the planning process, and is able to provide insight and offer valuable suggestions, without blurring the scope of the study. She prides herself on being upbeat and detail-oriented, with exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
