Immersive Research Captures Customer Experiences in Real Time
Campos Inc now works with a new research method—Immersive Research—that
seeks to capture customer experiences, behaviors, and emotions in real time,
using the web-based program, Revelations®, which is a completely online
qualitative research system that gives you the power to vividly capture
customer experiences, quickly answer business questions, and save time and
effort. The program is designed exclusively to gather this contextual data
through in-depth, qualitative research that is conducted over the Internet.
Respondents create a media-rich online blog, chronicling their experiences
and their perceptions of them as they occur. Best if all, this new approach
allows companies to log in and get real-time reaction to their products,
company, and/or brand as participants write about them.
Campos Inc’s researchers delve deeply into
the context of respondents’ perceptions of their experiences and
interactions with the client’s brand. The research comprises a series of
assignments that respondents are instructed to complete and report on
via secure, individual online blogs. Campos Inc develops the
assignments, with input from our client, with the goal of capturing
respondents’ experiences through sustained interactions (days to weeks).
The assignments are built around customer experiences with the client’s
brand, and respondents are asked to complete them by uploading digital
images (that they compile using images and/or digital cameras) and by
writing brief essays.
